The Reality of Litigation
Almost no civil case is settled by a jury. It is settled by the strength of the facts each side can prove, which makes the investigation behind a case as decisive as the argument in front of it.

The Vanishing Trial
In 1962, about one in eight federal civil cases was decided by a trial. Today it is fewer than one in two hundred. Trials have not become less important; they have become the rare exception, which means the real contest happens earlier, in what each side can establish through investigation and discovery. The firm that develops the better facts controls the terms of settlement.

Settlement Is the Norm
Personal injury matters are the kind people picture going before a jury, yet even they almost never do. In the most recent federal figures, motor vehicle injury cases reached trial 3.6% of the time and other injury cases 2.6%, against 0.4% for civil cases overall. When trial is that unlikely, leverage comes from the evidence in the file, the surveillance video, the located witness, the record no one else found.

What We Do for Your Firm
We work as the investigative arm of law firms, under counsel's direction and mindful of privilege and work product. We find the witness who moved, serve the party who cannot be found, pull the record that completes the picture, and document the facts that hold up when they matter. We take referrals from attorneys, and when someone comes to us who needs a lawyer first, we can point them to reputable counsel.
How We Work
We work under your direction, structured so our findings drop straight into your pleadings, discovery, and strategy.
We learn the matter, the theory of the case, and exactly what counsel needs, all under strict confidentiality.
We build a targeted plan tied to your litigation strategy and budget, so effort goes where it moves the case.
We locate and interview witnesses, run lawful surveillance, retrieve records, and develop the facts the file is missing.
We organize findings so they slot cleanly into pleadings, depositions, and discovery, mindful of privilege and work product.
You receive clear, documented reports written with admissibility in mind, ready to support motion practice or settlement.
When a matter is among the few that reach a hearing or trial, we provide expert testimony that stands up to cross examination.

It covers the investigative work behind a case: locating and interviewing witnesses, service of process, surveillance and activity checks, background and due diligence, asset and judgment investigations, skip tracing, records and evidence retrieval, and expert testimony. We tailor the scope to the matter and to what counsel needs.
Yes. We work under counsel's direction as part of the litigation team, mindful of privilege and attorney work product, and we deliver findings in a form that fits straight into pleadings, discovery, and case strategy.
Both. We partner with law firms as their investigators and take referrals for individual matters. When someone comes to us who needs legal representation first, we can connect them with reputable attorneys suited to the matter.
That is the standard we build to from day one. Our investigators are former FBI, our work is attorney guided, and our documentation is prepared with admissibility in mind, with expert testimony available when a matter calls for it.
